Pilates Journal: Make Your Statement: Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: By participating in the "Pilates Journal Make Your Statement Competition" (the "Competition"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility:

• The Competition is open to residents worldwide who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of Pilates Journal, Mirror Merch, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

• Entrants must follow @PilatesJournal and @mirror.merch on the social media platform where the competition is hosted.

• Entrants must comment on the competition post with their perfect Pilates statement for the mirror wall of their studio.

• Enter as many times as you like.

4. Prize Details:

• Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• Each winner will receive a Mirror Sticker pack which includes their affirmation plus a few extra stickers valued at $79AUD.

• The total prize pool is valued at $237AUD+GST plus postage and handling.

5. Competition Period:

• The competition starts on 09.00 13th April (AEST) and ends on 21st April at 18:00 PM (AEST) 2024.

6. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winners will be announced on 24th April via a post on the Pilates Journal social media platform.

• The winners will be contacted directly via direct message on the social media platform they entered from.

7. Prize Claim:

• Winners must respond to the winner notification within 7 days to claim their prize.

• Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Pilates Journal and Mirror Merch to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. General Conditions:

• Pilates Journal reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• Pilates Journal reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

10. Liability:

• Pilates Journal and Mirror Merch shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur in connection with the competition or the prize.

11. Privacy:

• All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
