Danica Kalemdaroglu is a movement educator, mentor and Pilates specialist with more than 25 years of experience. Through Somaphyx®, she provides anatomy, kinesiology and Pilates education that blends traditional Contrology with contemporary movement science, helping teachers deepen their understanding of the work and build lasting confidence in their teaching.

  • A nine-month mentorship program for certified teachers seeking a bridge into classical Pilates or a deeper understanding of the principles behind the work. The program covers the full Pilates repertoire across six equipment modules.

  • An expanded pathway that combines the Pro Mentorship with studio pillar hours at Pilates 804 or an affiliate studio. Observation, personal practice, practice teaching and benchmark testing culminate in a comprehensive certification and eligibility to sit for the NCPT exam.

  • Prepare for the Practitioner's Apprenticeship with 90 days of access to the Somaphyx Mat and Reformer repertoire, plus studio access for personal practice and skill development.

  • An intensive study of the traditional Pilates Mat and Reformer repertoire, including advanced variations. Participants may also complete additional studio pillar hours to pursue certification.
