Lesley Logan is a second-generation Pilates instructor, educator and mentor dedicated to preserving and sharing the work passed down through Jay Grimes. Through her mentorship programs, she helps teachers deepen their understanding of the classical method, trust what they see in front of them, and develop the confidence to teach the individual rather than follow a set program.

Lesley has spent years studying the traditional Pilates method through Jay Grimes, one of Joseph Pilates' direct protégés. Her mission is to help teachers build a stronger connection to the work while developing the skills needed to teach with clarity, confidence and authenticity.

Known for her practical and supportive approach, Lesley helps instructors understand when clients are ready to progress, how to choose the right exercises for the body in front of them, and how to cultivate a personal practice that continues to inspire growth throughout their teaching careers.

  • A nine-month mentorship journey covering the classical Pilates repertoire across the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Ped-O-Pul, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and more. The program includes weekend intensives, regular Q&A calls and five one-on-one mentoring sessions with Lesley. Participants learn the exercises taught by Joseph Pilates to Jay Grimes, develop the confidence to teach without relying on rigid programming, and gain a deeper understanding of how to progress clients based on what they need in the moment. Ongoing support continues after graduation through the eLevate alumni community.
