Tracey Mallett is an internationally recognised Pilates educator, presenter and mentor who has spent more than three decades helping instructors develop the skills, confidence and creativity needed to build successful teaching careers. Through her mentorship programs, workshops and educational platforms, she supports teachers in refining their craft while staying true to the foundations of Pilates.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and Pilates industry, Tracey has trained thousands of instructors around the world through her workshops, certifications and continuing education programs.
Known for her ability to combine classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement approaches, she helps instructors create classes that are intelligent, effective and accessible without losing the integrity of the method. Her mentoring focuses on helping teachers understand not only what to teach, but why they are teaching it.
Tracey is particularly passionate about developing confident instructors who can think critically, cue effectively and create seamless, engaging class experiences. Through her supportive and practical approach, she helps teachers refine their programming, strengthen their understanding of movement and reconnect with the passion that first brought them to Pilates.
