Teachers of all levels looking to develop their unique voice and deepen their understanding of the work, as well as Educators developing sound educational programs and looking to understand the Educational landscape of Pilates.

  • Designed to help you understand who you are as a teacher, refine

    your teaching skills and understand education development, for all levels of

    teachers. This 6-week Program with small cohorts engage in both group and private

    sessions. The group sessions will utilize thought provoking questions and intentional

    inquiry to engage in collaborative discussions and lead you through processes to

    develop your teaching practice. You will also receive individual guidance to enhance

    your professional and personal growth through private movement sessions and

    mentoring sessions. This is a highly impactful opportunity to deepen your Pilates

    knowledge and refine your teaching methods in a supportive setting. (Online or

    in-person)

  • Focused sessions designed to create clarity, in-depth understanding and a forward thinking mindset. Initial call to determine scope and structure for the Mentoring. Individual mentorship offers

    opportunities for growth in:

    • The Work - deepening the work in your own body, understanding the exercises, creating a global understanding of the principles and fundamentals of Pilates

    • Teacher development - building confidence and clarity in your teaching, growing your teaching tool box, developing from an instructor to a teacher, career guidance
