Page offers mentorship for Pilates teachers at every stage of their career who want to move beyond simply knowing exercises and become more confident, thoughtful, adaptable teachers. Her approach is informed by decades of teaching as well as my background in dance, massage therapy, Ayurveda, yoga, and teacher education.

Through individual mentorship and Pilates Compass, Page helps teachers deepen their understanding of movement, refine their observation and programming skills, improve their ability to work with different bodies, and develop a teaching style that feels authentic to them.

Mentorship is available both in person in Nosara, Costa Rica, and online through Pilates Compass, where teachers can access ongoing education, workshops, class-planning resources, movement explorations, and a supportive professional community.
