A Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor and retired licensed massage therapist with more than 30 years of experience, she has taught adult learners, mentored aspiring Pilates instructors and now serves on the Club Pilates Master Training Team.

A Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor and retired licensed massage therapist, she has more than 30 years of experience in bodywork and movement therapy.

Her passion for teaching adults began in 1997, when she wrote, implemented and taught a 500-hour massage therapy curriculum for a county vocational adult education department. She completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training through Polestar Education in 2000.

While running her own studio from 2001 to 2017, she welcomed and mentored aspiring Pilates teachers from a range of training programs as they completed their practice hours. She has since joined the Club Pilates Master Training Team, where she continues to support people beginning their careers as Pilates instructors.
