YogaSix Launches Pilates-Inspired Y6 Core Class Nationwide

YogaSix has announced the nationwide launch of Y6 Core, a new heated, Pilates-inspired class format, timed to coincide with International Yoga Day.

The low-impact, strength-focused workout combines core training, upper-body engagement and full-body integration through controlled movement patterns designed to build strength and endurance without heavy weights or high-impact cardio.

According to YogaSix, this class is inspired by classical Pilates principles such as control, flow and intentional movement, Y6 Core incorporates resistance bands, sliders and blocks to create a challenging yet accessible experience.

"Our members are looking for workouts that build strength, challenge endurance and still feel mindful and intentional," said Veronica Najera, Vice President of Education at YogaSix. "This class delivers all of that while staying true to our yoga roots."

The launch reflects the growing demand for strength-driven, low-impact training and highlights the continued convergence of yoga, Pilates and functional fitness within the boutique fitness sector.

Founded in 2012, YogaSix is the largest franchised yoga brand in the United States and continues to expand its programming to meet evolving consumer preferences for mindful movement and strength-based exercise.

Ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 four years running, and Fastest-Growing Franchises and Top New Franchises two years running, YogaSix is headquartered in Irvine, California, and part of the Xponential Fitness family of brands
